Shipping and Handling
Most items will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is received and cleared.
For Domestic order, package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please select USPS Priority Mail Express for RUSH delivery.
For International order, package will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. Delivery Confirmation Numbers are not available for USPS International Mail, only a Customs Declaration Number. Import duties, taxes, customs fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are normally collected when you pick up the package. Please do not confuse these charges for additional shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office what these additional charges will be prior to buying the item(s). International buyers are responsible for these charges. Please note that package can be held up in customs and cause delay in shipping time. This is beyond our control and there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.
Special requests such as resizing will add an additional 2-3 days to the handling time.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn or unused, with tag intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the merchandise to us.
All shipping, handling, insurance, and other fee associated with the returned merchandise are not refundable.
Please include a copy of your invoice and the Returned Number with the returned merchandise.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
